We are a full-service independent insurance agency offering personal insurance, business insurance and life/health insurance solutions. We serve Douglas, Saunders and Lancaster counties in Nebraska. i3 Insurance has grown and changed over the years, adding locations and services in not only Bennington but also Omaha, Ashland and Lincoln, Nebraska. Through our entire company, every employee at i3 Insurance prides himself or herself on delivering exceptional personal service to ensure clients’ needs are met.

Bank of Bennington Founded

Father and son Charles F. Roe and Harold E. Roe began Bank of Bennington.

1971

New Leadership

Harold E. Roe’s son, Jerry E. Roe, became president of Bank of Bennington.

1994

New Leadership

Leslie R. Andersen succeeded her father as president of Bank of Bennington to continue this fourth generation founding family’s legacy, where professional personal service and courtesy come first.

2016

Growth Opportunity

Bank of Ashland, a branch of Bank of Bennington, joined the financial services family.

2017

Growth Opportunity

Prime Insurance Group joined to provide asset protection.

2018

Growth Opportunity

Bank of Bennington opened a loan production office in Lincoln, Nebraska.

2018

New Leadership

Leslie R. Andersen became CEO and Cathy Morrissey joined as President of the Bennington, Omaha and Ashland markets. Jeff Krejci joined as President of the Lincoln market.

2020

Growth Opportunity

A new Bank of Bennington branch opened replacing the loan production office, offering the Bank’s full range of financial products and services.

2021

Corporate Rebranding

Bank of Bennington changed its name to i3 Bank and Prime Insurance Group changed its name to i3 Insurance.

2022

New Leadership

Tim Clark was named President upon the retirement of Cathy Morrissey.
